anyway it's pretty much obligatory on night life weekends as a young adult. I probably damaged my liver a bit over the past 4.5 years of college.

I'm trying to keep it to one night a week and no serious binging anymore but the problem with that is the plan goes out the window after your 2nd or 3rd drink.

I was going to abstain for 3 months for gains, 3 months came and I wanted to go further,

6 months came and I was still improving mentally, physically, socially and spiritually.

After 9 months I still wasn't ready to go back. Proud to say I am at just over a year of not drinking and I don't know if I'll ever go back. How good I feel, look much better, the peace of mind I have, how I deal with high stress situations, the huge increase in physical activity and personal/professional productivity...It's all just too good to give up.
