Hi /fit/, I believe I'm approaching the end of my novice phase and I want to be prepared when it comes to intermediate training. I've landed on HST as the program I'd like to pursue, however I would like some help when it comes to the ordering and exercise selection. I'd like to at the very minimum have the squat, bench, barbell row, and OHP.

To clarify I'm going to run the full body 3 day per week 15-10-5 rep cycle with each rep range being 2 weeks.
