I've seen this on /fit/ forever. there's even little pictures of shake recipes with a blender that go around /fit/ from time to time.

It's a good idea not to depend on them too much, IDK why, but even when calorie counting, I find I do much better with whole foods rather than blended. I literally use it as a cheat if I'm having a terrible or busy day.
Tried the whole 1K calorie shake thing and all it gave me was explosive diarrhea.

As former skelly, Your probably lying to yourself about how much you're eating.
Also Liquid calories and smaller more numerous meals. Helped me get past the Shrunken stomach.
