Please help /fit/ overlords.

Everytime i do hammer curls, rotation curls or i workout my biceps in general, the selected part from the pic hurts like a motherfucker. Like i dont know, is it the fucking bones? It hurts only in my left arm, the right one is ok.

Also when i try to lift the dumbbells for my dumbbell press they also hurt. But only when i get the dumbbells ready for the exercise.

Fuck is wrong with me, can i workout and just survive the pain or will i break my arm?

He, I have the same pain but not while doing hammercurls but regular ezbar barbell curls if I use a narrower grip the pain goes away

Ok lets say i don't know how to curl.

But then why my right arm is perfectly fine?

Do i only know how to curl with one arm?

I seriously doubt it.

Ok lets say i do that. But if a reaason for my pain is heavy weight then how the hell am i supposed to improve on my lifts if my bones crush when i will try to add some more?

Do other bicep exercises like pullups or something, or use lower weights for more reps on curls. I thought I'd curl heavy through the pain and I fucked up my forearm for a couple months.

Your forearms will strengthen, both the muscles and connective tissue. Just take it easier on the isolations. High reps, low weight
