Hey /fit/
I need Snatch advice and there is no /owg/ ;(
I'm in week 2 of learning the snatch with low weight.
When I catch the snatch, I'm above parallel - I'm still moving down into the bottom position smoothly (it doesn't look like a power snatch + OH squat).
I've started incorporating Tall Snatches to help with third pull but I'm wondering of this is bad practice, or if it will correct itself when the weight gets heavier?

Make one then and populate it with webms

I don't have any webms :(
I have cute girls?
Keep stretching and keep lifting..
Theres no other way to get better. I guarentee you wont have this problem 6 months from now so just stop worrying.
Just practise dont be a fuckin technique idiot like everyone on the internet.

This fucking board is so extremely fast when it comes to making new threads. I made some /owg/ few days ago and it survived barely 10hrs or so. It's time to quit this place one and for all. /fit/ will never be like it was years ago.

Post some titties Rika, you know, for sciene...maybe this can keep this thread up
THIS IS NOW AN /OWG/ THREAD
Let's do a survey:
>Age
>Height, Weight
>SN
>C&J
>Time lifting
>mfw after years of patellar tendinitis get back to lifting and immediately injure my hand in an unrelated accident
Some things just aren't meant to be. Well, at least I can focus on improving my squat now.
How tight should weightlifting shoes be?

Maybe compared to undead boards where like 20 people post regularly
>>39895049
they shouldnt move at all when you wear them but they shouldn't be cutting circulation off. so pretty tight

It's fast creating new threads, but the average post count per thread is maybe 10 or 15. But what would you expect of a place where 10% of the regulars actually lift and maybe <1% actually does some oly stuff.
