Guys, what the FUCK am I doing wrong?

powerlifting. Just do bodyweight exercises. I've been doing them for 16 years and I've been fine
>>39891535
Are you eating enough?
Have you tried deloading?

DYEL
idk how your diet or programming are set up but it could be that you're using all your energy on deadlifts and too fatigued to do anything else, squat more so as it uses the same muscles

>Obviously you aren't under training legs unless you sit on your ass all day. Probably overtraining or under eating.
>Eat more, alternate reps, rest day
>Pick 1.
>tfw you've been incrementing weight every workout for months
>tfw you suddenly can't lift an additional 2.5KG on your fucking squat but you can on your bench
guys what the fuck do I do
>>39891535
I've had the same issues, probably normal after 6 years of lifting. Squat and dl have a big functional overlap, so it's normal they cannibalize each other's progress. Just decrease volume, increase recovery periods, take j00z or temporarily switch to an all-squat program like smolov

Weird kind of powerlifting.

Could be technique issues, maybe with diet problems and not eating enough?
If your DL technique is solid and your squat technique is mediocre or worse that could be the cause of the problem, particularly if you are eating enough or your programming is bad.

yes, incrementing
what's wrong?
