Anyone ever been to prison? How would you get swole if you had

I would honestly kill myself than go to prison being that small.
Unless I was gay and then I would be counting the days like a kid waiting for Christmas.

I just got out of doing a 2-8 year bid for armed robbery. I went in at 18 and like, 170 at 6'3. I'm about 210 or so now, been free for a month. It's easy to bulk up, just eat mad cooks. Ramen/Velveeta/Summer Sausage/Rice/Jalapenos/Pickles/Chili all cooked in a bag. 2000 calorie meals EASY. However, a lot of states don't have weights anymore. The prisons I was in all had them, (one actually had a million dollar gym). My advice, since you're probably new to lifting, find a more experienced lifting partner. Additionally, weight rooms in prisons are often very regimented, with long timers who have had the same routine for literally a decade, and sometimes its hard to use equipment and having a more experienced lifting partner can help a great deal.
