Hey fit looking for some advice on getting back in shape, i havent worked out in a couple years since february of 2015 when my senior year wrestling season ended. Does anyone know of a routine/diet. Im not complete shit yet I weigh 160-165 Im 5'10" and looking for a good medium between bulk and strength.
