This, except when used as you described. I personally believe that sacramental cannabis use (as is evidenced in the few living traditions that have such a concept) almost requires that you have no less than 5-6 days of break between sessions.

Those infrequent sessions should then be very dedicated/involved to the drug experience (and should involve high doses), not so much in the "activity enhancing" way that most err'day-ers use it but more akin to how one might treat a psychedelic.

That being said, even sacramental cannabis use seems like it has pretty low value, spiritually, except for the fact that it strains the body-mind-complex less than some more powerful drugs. Better if you use it as a medicine for some ailment than in an effort to get some revelatory insights, imho.

Having gone through both experiences, I can definitely say that the drug's value added to my life and my own self esteem were way higher in the latter usage pattern.
