I've been doing reddit's calisthenics routine for 8 months more or less. Went from skelly to somewhere near ottermode, althought I'm still less than 135 lbs at 5'8. Right now my routine is
8x3 dips
8x3 pullups
8x3 squats
3 L-sits, 30 seconds each
8x3 horizontal rows raising one leg
8x3 diamond pushups
I was planning on getting me some dumbbells and doing a complete routine with them. How much weight should I more or less use? Also I want to get bigger more efficiently.

Eat a lot and get proper rest. Diet and sleep are the most important things in growing muscle. Workout whise pick up heavy shit and set it down again, but know what you're doing form whise. Start your sets with low weights and work up to where you can't do more than 10 reps. Also, read the sticky

I've got a question as well. Since this is the only calisthenics thread around, I'll post my shit here.

I did a 5x5 workout yesterday (squats, bench, deadlift, pullups) and plan to do the next one tomorrow (squats, OHP, rows, lat raises, pullups). I'm not really sore from the workout yesterday, and I've been sitting on my ass all day getting studystuff done, so I'd like to do some moving around on the ground. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a calisthenics routine that will get my heartrate up but won't fuck with my workout tomorrow?
