How do you get a bigger ass? This sounds stupid but I am completely flat assed man and I feel a bit insecure about it. I squat heavy but I squats only feel in my quads. My quads are pretty big actually because all leg exercises only seem to work my quads. How do I train them glutes?

Could change in deadlifts and ghr raises/back raises

I fucked my knees in an accident when I was little and also tore the tendon of my right ankle.

My knees hurt like hell when I do legs. Hell, my knees and ankle hurt pretty fucking bad in cold days, like if I were an old man.

What do, pls guys I want dem glutes.

If you only feel squats in your quads then you're probably not going deep enough, I go ATG and I definitely feel them in my glutes the next day

Hip thrusts are good, not much knee movement involved there, really just hips, your ankles and knees should basically be completely static

When you squat, go deep, and stop for a brief second before you go up again, to make sure your glutes are properly involved.
