Somewhat hungover, took it easy yesterday.
Overhead Press - 5x3 - 115lb.
Squat - 3x3 - 225.9lb.
Pendlay Row - 3x5 - 155lb
Back Extentions - 3x12
Rowing for aprox 5 minutes in the end.
Today is the first day my gym will be open. I'm hitting shoulders today so I'm starting with The Press™

I didn't lift until this morning, but deadlifts were my first lift of the year.
For me it was the deadlift, the best barbell exercise.

Deadlift. Missed out on back day due to new years party. I tried out 3 plate when I went back in and managed to lift it despite failing last week. Felt good.
