I'm sick and tired of being a fat fuck, I'm 140kg at 188cm, already started caloric deficit, can't do intensive cardio yet because my knees would fuck me up so just walks, I got set of weights 85kg, barbell and bench at home, what routine should I do that would not kill my joints?

Start lifting what you can right away. You do not NEED cardio exercise to lose weight. Any exercise, lifting included, will burn fat. You really should read the sticky because they explain SS and that's a decent place for beginners. I'd avoid squats for now if you knees are an issue.

If your already watching what you eat just find some physical activity that you enjoy. A lot of people here on /fit/ enjoy lifting, it's simple, time efficient and imo fun. Give it a try.
