What is the best rice to buy in bulk /fit/; Brown, basmati, Jasmine, plain white enriched...
They all seem to have similar calories at around 150- 180kcals per 1/4 cup serving (dry)?
Thanks for any advice... tired of eating oatmeal for now.

Brown or gtfo. If you're willing to spend extra buy a brown rice/quinoa blend

What do you eat with it?
Just chicken breasts or do you have any specific recipes

I'm a Brit/Greek, I eat rice with a lot of meals, chicken breast/thigh/steak/diced beef in sauces etc
'Brown or gfto' is a retarded statement, don't eat rice for nutrients, brown isn't sufficiently nutrient dense on a nutrient:calorie basis to care less about it.
If you're depending on rice for your micros, your diet is terrible

I'll eat rice 2 days old, store it properly, reheat it properly, it starts tasting worse after that

put a little butter in it and eat it like that

I eat tons of protein & minimal fats / carbs...
Not really a fan of vegetables unfortunately, so I take a few supplements and am trying to find a better way to get a few more less crappy carbs in my diet other than bread & microwave meals.
Thought that a big bag of rice would be a start- just don't want to buy a 25- 50lb bag of the wrong thing
