Complete exercise n00b, ive read the sticky but it mostly talks about weight lifting regimens.
I want to know, what is a good full body strength routine the requires NO EQUIPMENT?
Also, how many sets does one do a day, and how long inbetween each? And do I work only one muscle group a day?
