All gym around here are shit, one of them is a crossfit gym and the one I like is half an hour from me.
So home gym be it,
what equipment (or substitute of) should I get?
I have a barbell but I feel it's a bit short, also right now I can't squat more than can I lift above my head so that's a problem since I can barely move 50kg.

strong, quality barbell
some plaets
squat rack (can double as a rack for OHP, rack pulls etc)
pull up bar, bars for dips if you feel fancy
adjustable dumbbell
with this you can do fuckton of exercises already

What the fuck is behind her?

>squat rack
That's the problem, I don't have the space for that

Then I suggest moving. Without a squat rack you're fucked.

What are your goals? Is barbell training something you can't avoid? If so, you'll need a power rack of some kind, you can't really get out of that.

Half an hour drive to a gym is not that bad...

Won't a crossfit gym have all the equipment? It's not like they force you to do kipping pullups / dog diggings or whatever else they do, right?
