vegan protein powder
is whey the best?? i have this internal bias that vegan stuff is bullshit, but the raw garden of life one with greens look clean and healthy

I use their stuff (raw meal) sometimes because it's made with whole foods and has good micronutrients
I like to use vegan powders that only have 1-2 ingredients. I go for the simple solution. So far I've tried Biochem brand and 22Days brand.
The Biochem brand is inexpensive and gets the job done. A little clumpy but tastes like dark chocolate. I liked it in my smoothies. 22Days costs more but tasted better in coffee or milk. It has a bit of a fake sweet taste and I didn't like it in my smoothies. Next time I run out of SCOOPS I might try the Garden of Life or Sun Warrior brands.

Don't think of it as "vegan", but just something that happens to not have animals in it. I mean water is technically "vegan", breh...
Whey is the most absorbable protein powder, but the micros in this one are gonna be better. Just make sure to have slightly more.

Whey has the best bioavailability, so it's the "best" in that sense.

Amino acid profiles of shit like this are generally incomplete and more often than not garbage - I'd find the info on this if you can before buying.

Nah most brands actually combine stuff to get a complete aa profile. This one has: sprouted brown rice protein, pea protein, chia protein, sprouted kidney beans, sprouted lentils, sprouted garbanzo beans. Downside would be only 60g or protein per 100g, but then again one does get some excellect micros so really it depends of protein needs. I personally would not pay this much, I get my protein for as cheap as humanly possible.
This stuff is pretty good

Lots of fiber, about 33% protein by mass and has a lot of micros
