How to be a strongman.

Equipment whore. Nothing says my own power like grip straps, 12ft of 0.25" thick knee wraps and a 12" deep of 0.5" thick neoprene velcro belt with a 4" deep 0.75" thick leather belt over it. Make sure to drop it right on the floor, look around and make sure everyone saw it. Backnod to your audience and his the fountain. Make sure to get some chalk on the fountain for that post lift slime effect.

Might as well just get your biceps tendon reattachment surgery pre-scheduled now. The modern re-attached biceps are such a common athletic surgery that most strongmen's biceps tendon has BETTER leverage after being re-attached than before. You still got origianl insertions? You even trying matey?
