Are Multivitamins okay to take?
Some people swear by them, some people think they can hurt you.
I ask because I currently take a good amount of supplements, and am making sure im not overdoing it as it could cause potential harm to kidneys, and health in general.
Current Supplements/Vitamins are: Creatine, Opti men Multi, Fish Oil, Occasional pre workout, Vitamin D, Magenisum, Citrulline Malate, whey.
I am thinking about getting a custom multivitamin. Most standard ones include shit I don't need.
isnt citrulline malate a preworkout?
the only vitamin I see on your list is vitamin dick, and its probably the most important one on the list (imho).
Fish oil and Vitamin D are main choice.
The rest should be already provided on a good level by your diet (well, not creatine )

How is the magnesium working out? thinking of trying it along with zinc, but heard it can play slightly with sleep. Noticed any other side effects of it?

Magensium has helped my heart flutters. It will ease any heart palpitations and help a little with anxiety if you are deficient

my sides, holy shit you are delusional
there is not a human on this entire planet who would measurably benefit from a custom multivitamin
Now Foods Adam is the best multi for the price. Get the tablets, not the capsules. You can buy 120 tablets (Dose is 1 a day) for about 18$ online.
