Hey /fit/, I'm trying to make my routine more "serious".

Hey /fit/, I'm trying to make my routine more "serious". I do bodyweight exercises because >tfw poorfag. What do you think of my routine?

For the items with a star I use 10 pound dumbells

Push-ups
Dips
Military press*
Leg raises
Plank
Bicep curls*
Arm raises*
Jump Squats

I do each exercise until I'm tired, then move on to the next. I'll go through all the exercises 2-3 times. Takes 20-25 minutes to complete.

What muscles am I not hitting? Anything you would change etc? Also I'm a skinny guy trying to build muscle.

I'd switch to decline pushups since they're a bit more difficult. Wouldnt bother with anything that uses 10 lb. Find a way to do pull ups and youll be ok until you can afford the gym.

Do feet elevated pushups.
Work towards one armed pushups
Do feet elevated one armed pushups
Make sure to do differing width pushups as well. Very wide, and diamond pushups are great
Buy a pullup bar, preferably with dip attachment. Also do inverted bodyweight rows
Do bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts/glute bridges
Do planks correctly. That is done by squeezing as hard as you possibly can and not just staying up as long as you can with no effort.
Lat raises and curls are good though


There. You have a body ready for working out at gym without looking like a huge pussy. Or you can just keep progressing on bodyweight.

nope, der nächste ist in Berlin Marienfelde/Tempelhof.
Ich glaube ich gehe in den von meiner uni (Potsdam), der kostet 180 eur im Jahr. Erstmal aber gucken wie der ist.
