Set a day out for shoulders, do tons of OHPs and Shrugs, at least 15 sets of some kind of shrug.
throw some close grip upright rows and shrugs into a day where you hit your back and go hard homie

deep lowbar squats will widen your hips along with giving you thicker thighs and juicier glutes; avoid upper body exercises since passable traps need that low shoulder-to-hip ratio more than anything
cycle some estrogen (should be pretty easy to get it legally), and you'll have a pretty fuckable body by the end of the year, assuming you start now
