Is it reasonable for me to want to be 180 lbs at 15% body fat at 5'5?
wow, isn't that a little big 4 u there guy?

Yeah, but I want to get as strong as possibly I can. Push my self to the maximum possible strength I can achieve. I guess I don't care so much about looks just strength. I want a body like the mountain, but smaller. The hill.
Not natty, no.

go for it brah. it's all you!
>>39869580
Thanks for your response. Is 170-175 more reasonable? I've got goals, but I want realistic goals.

check your TDEE at 180lbs
https://tdeecalculator.net/
and then tell us what it says in the "Maximum muscle potential" section

Thanks man! I'm on my way. I lost 40lbs of fat from when I first started in 2012. I used to be fucking 190lbs at 5'5 and like 25-30% body fat. I did both body weight and weight training. I'm now about 17% body fat at 160. I just feel like I can be so much more than I am now.

krillin in db was my guy, its fucking bullshit how they treated him in dbz
>>39869594
>158 lbs at 15%
Nah fuck that. I can be more than that I know that much about myself. I generally tend to not listen to stuff such as this, because I am often told by BMI that I should be under 150 to be "healthy" I had visible (4 pack lmao) abs at fucking 155 so fuck that.

My nigga.
>>39869621
been watching dbs the past couple of weeks, him and master roshi get some decent screen time.
and apparently they will have a big role in the new arc so Im fucking stoked desu
>>39869643
Him AND Roshi!? nigga damn I need to watch DBS then. Those are my 2 favorite humans dude.
>>39869650
yep, its not a major role but they get some fights in unlike dbz where they are ignored completely after the android saga
>>39869526
wanting to be 15% bodyfat is already wrong by default, stop being a fatass.
10-11% bodyfat looks best without going into the obsessive/unhealthy/unsustainable contest-level of leaness(5-8%)
