Does /fit/ eat cereals? Whether cutting or bulking.
On a cut and currently use them to fill in remaining calories/carbs sometimes. Tell us about your brand /fit/.
Most cereal has basically no nutritional value. It should be considered candy or junk food,

That's true. What about the protein brands and ones high in fibre like All-Bran? still bad?

still memeshit, just cause you add a miniscule amount of fibre/protein to corn flakes or granola or whatever doesn't make it good.
For breakfast(ill assume ur bulking or on maintenance if you have it) I'd rather just have milk-yogurt-casein or something.
Oatmeal is alright as well, but only when mixed with protein powder and not flooded with retarded ass sugary shit like honey/fruits/cinammon/etc.

Funny how the Interwebs always has the pictures I need.
I live down south with publix and these fuckers always rotate between brands of BoGo cereal among other things. Pic related is usually my choices with honey nuts not included but always a stable pick
