For those with home gyms - where did you buy your equipment? Online? Local shop? classifieds?
any input/advice appreciated
craigslist actually seems to be more expensive for squat racks for some reason
Grindr, I'm not proud of it to be honest but whatever it takes

yeah, I had to let this couple double team on me for my squat rack. I kept thinking about my future gains so it wasn't that bad

I actually really like the look of that home gym. Clean, simple, compact, and kept away from the rest of the house.

Mines a work in progress.
Got my gymnast rings online.
Got a set of adjustable dBs and 80kg in weights for em along with a pull up bar for free off a friend. I'm gonna buy all my Olympic plates off a Craigslist type site. I would recommend spending the extra cash for a new barbell and rack, don't wanna risk that shit.
Mostly online and some local shops. I don't live in a very big city so whenever a deal on craigslist pops up, it's gone instantly. Craigslist is the way to go though. My buddy got a nice setup for around $700 off there. Easily was over 2k new.
