I'm 20 is it too late for me to get /fit/ to an impressive level before I'm too old?
Also I'm far weaker and less endurant and skinnier than average. My legs are long and I'm 6'2 and my shoulders are supposedly broad though if those are pluses.
Most importantly though, my back is shit I don't know if it's actually die to sciatica like a doctor said that one time I went to the emergency room, but even slightly over strenuous activity can put me out of commission for days due to the pain in my back sometimes. Which is honestly why I've been scared to exercise in the past few years. I'll go into detail if anyone wants/replies.
This was painful to read. That's all I'm gonna say.

Don't, just become a cardiobunny and stay at least a little bit stronger because of this excercise, since overall it will help you a lot that you can imagine.
Just run, don't think of lifting or else, you're just trying to kys.
