Hey /fit/, out of shape guy.
How much should I be running? how far is a reasonable goal? I want to cut and run off some extra weight.
I can pretty easily run 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile but I know I should be doing more.
I'm going to start doing the super sets work out and while it has cardio in it, it doesn't say how much and I'm just going to ignore when it says to do it and run every workout because this is what I've always done.
tl;dr, how far should I be running when I work out

run until you can't faggot.

fuckin hate running but thanks
For a beginner I would say about 10 miles, but the trick is that you can't run out of breath. You have to keep a steady calm breath throughout the 10 miles and no slowing down, you'll lose all your running gains.
