As someone who's trying to put on mass for powerlifting and lifts 7 days a week, if I'm struggling to meet my calorie goals, am I better off for example, eating something empty like chocolate, or just not eating at all? This is in the specific scenario where I have nothing to add calorie-wise but junk.
