Hey /Fit/ the gym i go to gives you a routine and i do that but also i want to do the begginers routine of the sticky, and i am worried the trainers there will ask me what im doing and shit, what should i do?

they will give you their routine then never talk to you again, they don't care and aren't watching you. Or tell them you already have a routine
do whatever the fuck you want. You're paying to be there. They aren't your boss.
