I usually go way too ambitious and fail, so this year I just made one promise:

I will finally keep with strength training and not only do cardio. Started again just before Christmas.

I'm a dyel so right now I'll mostly do bodyweight exercises since I still have a lot of progressions in pushups, pullups, dips and rows, as well as work out with some dumbbells.

Learning a language can be slow to start, but once you start to get enough to start listening to radio stations, watching TV and finding people to practice with, then it can be good. I feel again, you don't really know what you are talking about.

You learn music as much or as little as you like. Learn a few chords, learn one song you like. I'm not saying I'm going to be Mozart or the next Taylor Swift. But I'll be enough to just throw a few tunes out once in a while.

I know that up to a certain point you can't get better on your own. You need to constantly talk it and practice with real people, who will constantly correct you and put up with you. It's a tedious and long process. Not something you do lightly.

Stay away from Stack Overflow, that site is immensely useful, but you become dependent on it, and in the long run end up learning a lot less than when you figure out problems on your own.

I always say if you have time and discipline, programming should mostly be done in pseudo code while learning - with hypothetical scenarios rather than full on applications.

That said programming something real is a much more fun way to learn, and that also counts I guess.

my goal last year was to hit 4/3/2 on the 3 main lifts, and I ended up only getting the deadlift and BP with my squat lagging behind at 285. I was not making much progress on my squat for half the year, so hired a PT for a few sessions to help with my squat. It turned out I had very poor mobility/flexibility so ended up focusing on that for a while and have begun to make more progress recently.

Do you think aiming for 5/4/3 is too ambitious for another year?
