Going on a trip for a while, no gym. How long until gains start to disappear?
A few days? A week? A month? Pls hlep
about an hour without nutrition, if you keep that up, a day with good genetics

If i keep my nutrition in check? I got food, just no weights
You won't lose significant gains in 2 weeks. You might be a little weaker when you get back, but you will regain that strength very quickly. Who cares, enjoy your vacation.

this
give your body and muscles a break and time to fully recover
you wont lose any gains at all and get new motivation to lift heavy when getting back into it

desu unless you've got hella gains you can maintain with bodyweight exercises. Just treat it like a deload week/few weeks and try to eat properly
