There's actually several exercises that will move your jaw into more, in your case, natural position

Only downside is looking like Dredd all the time

It took me two months until I started doing it by itself, six months until it was completely natural, and two years until I noticed my jaw actually grew. Don't ask me how that's possible, but I have no reason to lie

I came up with those exercises myself. I though about publishing a medical journal about it and sell it for mad cash. Too bad I don't really have evidence

I have a small chin and supplemented it with a goatee with I was 15. Still have the damn thing at 37 years old. So, I'd say grow a beard of sorts, but it looks like you've been trying that too.
