>NY Resolutions thread for 2017.
Just took this picture 10 minutes ago. I am 82.5 kilograms (181lbs) at 171cm (5'7) at 29 years old.
Goal weight is now: 68 to 70kg (150-154lbs). I should reach my goal body-weight somewhere between July 1st and July 15th on 1,800 calories per day.
What's your 2017 goal?
you could bear twins with those hips

Yeah I store a lot of fat in that region. My waist is like 38 inches right now at 82kg.
It was 29 inches last time I was 68kg. It's literally like I have 2 slabs of fat on my sides.
I could post my pic but I don't want anyone to vomit. I might have to lose 100 lbs but that's at most, it might be 80
I celebrated my last day of binging with just a big bag of black bean tortillancbips and chinky salsa. Anything sweeter/fatter could trigger my peripheral artery disease.
Last year I lost 110 lbs in 11 months with just diet but back on about 70 in 10 months

What are your lifts? I'm 5'7 and I'm planning to maybe finish my bulk at ~80kg soon and then cut to around 70.
Also isn't 1800 a bit low? I think you'll lose a bit more muscle mass than you'd like.

I have a sedentary job, don't do cardio (outside of walking here and there every now and then. I also do a bro-split.
All that combined I don't have much calories to work with.
I find that I get too hungry if I have specific cardio schedule in place.
Not making any resolutions but I did make a checklist with some goals that I want to accomplish this 2017.

Save so I can travel to one of the following: Ecuador, Colombia or Greek.
