I look almost exactly like Ian and i consider my THREE YEARS of lifting to get to 1/2/3/4 for reps slow progress, but this faggot has been lifting for OVER TEN YEARS for a fucking 145lbs for 5 squat for sets. He actually looks pretty good. His advice is very textbook which is a good thing. I reached 365 squat 275 bench and 455 deadlift by pretty much taking his and Mark Rippetoes advice in around 2 years. Not the best lifts sure but the by thr book method is what i like.
