/fit/ when I do curls I get a pain from the center of my shoulder down to the bicep peak. It's only on one side. What's the problem?

You probably have a massive knot or a fucked up tendon. Try using a tennis or lacrosse ball to roll it out for a few days. If nothing improves, go see a chiropractor.
I had the same thing on the back of my shoulder down my tricep. The chiropractor shifted around my shit a couple times and after rolling it out for awhile it's 100%.
