I tried it for a week and it made me feel so goddamn awful that I stopped. I may try it again eventually, but I feel like I would need to take a vacation from work to get through it.

Because it's time that should be better spent learning how to eat and portion properly rather than sucking down oil and butter pretending it's healthy. I wish someone would have saved me the time and told me not to bother. If you really want a low carb diet aim for 100g carbs, whatever your protein macro is based on your body weight and the rest with fats. I rebounded off keto over and over because I never learned moderation.
