Does anyone here use fitbits?
I have a charge 2 and it's actually kind of useful for keeping track of daily activities, sleep and meal plans. What's your opinion anon?

Useful for the step counting thing. Other nurses on my floor all got them.
Apparently we're all killing our gains walking like 7 miles a day from room to room wiping ass and giving drugs.
But other than that idk.
got a flex 1 for free, can't say I use it. The sleep was cool but I usually sleep through the night anyway, so why bother? At best it's nice to remind me to get up every 20 minutes while at work

They're utter inaccurate crap and only exist so the company can track you, profile you, and sell your information to marketers so they can drown you and your inbox with spam. Don't bother with it.

Had one for two years now and nothing like this has happened.
They are fine for what they are. Pedometers. I enjoy the sleep tracking. I don't trust the calories burned or anything else.
