Also how tall are you? I'm 195 cm (close to 6'5) and my deadlift has always been quite a lot stronger than my squat, which I think has something to do with my proportions.
My squat has increased quite a bit lately but still my max deadlift is 280 kg (617 lbs) and my max squat is 230 kg (507 lbs)

Well, there's your problem(s)
) You're better proportioned for deadlift than squat, and 2) your highbar squat will most likely be proportionally weaker than your low bar squat would be compared to shorter lifters.
