full body 3 times a week is better than ppl twice a week

Fully body, or something like Candito's linear program or strengthened.com has 28 free programs so you can milk linear progression a little longer.
PPL is shit

This is a beginner program
fullbody 3x week routines never have enough volume for muscle growth, for me personally even with bunch of accessory lifts those routines gave me so slow strength/muscle gains even when I was natty.
my strength/muscle gains blew up on PPL kind of routine
Fullbody routine was good for me from bench 30kg->50kg, squat 40kg->80kg on working sets and then I just plateaued until I switched to high volume

When done right full body literally has more weekly volume and higher frequency (which is what really counts) than any PPL bullshit.

Full body for anyone else than total beginners is a meme.
I've been lifting for 6y and have always come back to some PPL routine in the end.
Muscles need volume to grow, no way i'm getting enough volume on a full body routine while also maintaining high intensity on every lift.

Google 'Reg Park 5x5' that's in three phases and do that. Either with 3x5 work sets, 1 top work set, or in a heavy/light (80%)/medium (90%) format. This will put size on a natty and is perfect volume.
That, or get UG HGH and tren. For little thinking about training and probably paying less than most 'natties' spend on supplements you'll get an 'aesthetic'-style body better than Zyzz's.
Dont listen to the Full Body memers. If you want to look like you don't lift, do a full body.
Do the reddit beginner ppl, its decent.
