It does work, though it's not going make a difference if you have large amounts of fat.

It's actually pretty long lasting, on the terms of months. You basically need to put on that outer layer of fat again.

It's also perfectly doable at home if you can take it. There's no magic behind this, just some assholes who realized they could bilk people out of money for something that takes minimal effort.

Rub ice on your man tits for 15-20 minutes a night. Make sure to use fresh ice once it once starts to melt a lot. Do this every day and you'll see reduction in about a month and even more after that. Worked for me.
