I've been going for so long that it's just a habit now.
I've had to take a couple months off at a time for surgeries over the years, and it's just never been a problem for me to hop back into my old routine as soon as I get the all-clear.

I find lifting fun. I don't need encouragement to do the things I find fun.
I want to get huge as big as possible. At least 240 lbs or more.

Also I'm disgusted by manlets, fatties, THICC women, THINN men, visible muscle tone on women, and roiding baldies who compensate with big muscles but still never take their hat off

i'm taining for rugby
and gym is also an addiction at this point. I get all depressed if I miss it.

Basically this.
Its fun and it gets me out of the house. And its interesting to learn what the body can really accomplish from fluctuating in weight to putting a shit ton of weight on your back.
Also i squat the lowest in my gym. Like my ass kisses the floor. So im pretty proud of that.
