How to SS without barbell? Your only other weights are lightweight dumbbells and a girl.
I am going on a trip for a few weeks with teh goifren weighing about 55kg. The place we are staying has no barbell, but has free weights.
Currently 30/55/75/95
Bench and squat is straightforward, i can simply lift her and get her to hold a few weights to hit my working set, but i need ideas on how to The Press and The Deadlift.

Ok, but i need to hit 95. She is 55. I dont think i can stack 40kg worth of lightweight commercial tier dumbells on her. They will roll off
And if you were talking about the press, i cant press her full weight

If i the press 30kg, i dont think i can push press 55. Its a huge jump. Even if i did, how would i hold her? Do i balance her in my palms and risk dropping her?
