Need some help reducing the puffiness in my nipples.
I don't think it's gyno because I was much skinnier before and they were still puffy.
There's also no hard tissue I can feel underneath, just muscle.
Are there any medications or supplements I can take?
They were like this since puberty, I haven't taken any steroids.
Don't want surgery.

Lift the nips away. It's really not that bad and if you add mass you'll see if it's minimal gyno or not.
