Weigh 180lb so Iv hit my protein target for the day but I'm still 650 cal short for my calorie target. (Bulking)
About to go to the gym, when I get back could I just eat some serious carb heavy food like breads and cereals to get my cals up or should I keep my rations close to what they are at the moment and just eat more protein cos it makes no difference?

I'm talking out of my ass here, but I think wholemeal grains have complex carbs, but processed grains don't.
