I had just started doing ring dips and couldn't wait to do more of this extremely fun exercise. Fucked my shoulder up for a week because I was too shaky at the bottom part of the movement.

I only take rest days when I'm out of town or actually injured.
My gains are slow and my lifts are shit. Take your rest days, lads.
