Some people take pills (3 times a day) some simply drink it with water

Heres what i do:
>Turmeric 1g twice a day
>Other test raising supplements (vit D, zinc, sunflower seeds)
>Lifting
>Cut out all alcohol and weed (especially excess alcohol)
>Reduce fapping to avoid high prolactin/low dopamine

But most importantly:
>Tamoxifen (SERM) 20mg/day
>Green tea extract (EGCG) to increase bioavailability of above

Things are noticeably better but ive had this shit since I was obese in high school.

Most likely ill end up getting the surgery.
