Who did qt and how do I into his mode?
Took me 7 months to go from 85kg to 71.5kg, with 6/days per week lifting PPLxPPL with 1800 calories per day, NO CHEAT DAYS WHATSOEVER. I'm also 5'7.
You can't do it in 2 months unless you do some seriously crazy shit like DNP and TONS of cardio and eat even less calories, which sucks and eats up too much time, so..yeah.
