Has anyone ever taken on a Push-up challenge and posted genuine results?
I see these everywhere, 30 day challenge, 100 a day challenge. But I'm never convinced by results.
I got 28 but I'm 14 and haven't started working out yet.

you won't get big if that's what you think will happen. sure some hypertrophy will occur but you'll basically just get better at doing more pushups

i did a push up challenge while going to the gym and swimming
it started as 20 sets of 10 push ups and then i would increase the number of reps every training.
month later i did 20x25 push ups
forgot to say at the end of every day i did max rep push ups. ended up doing 100 push ups easily

I tried to do this "100 pushups in six weeks" thing. I started off being able to do around thirty. I ended up being able to do about 40, and this program claimed to bring you from 1 single pushup to 100 in six weeks. Lel. pure bullshit.
I can do 100 push-ups and I'm dyel. It's a cardio exercise that is only challenging for fatties.

100 in a row? All the way down? That's really good.

pushups numbers will always be meaningless, because everyone does them with different form.

Official record attempts are usually just getting past 90 degrees, but you'll always get some fat autist who thinks otherwise.
