Hey /fit/, couldn't find a lot on this so I'm asking you guys instead. How do I fix my imbalanced pecs, my lefts noticeably smaller than the right? (Ignore the dyel body, I've only been lifting for a little bit.)
Try lifting some weights, preferably at a gym followed by rest and a high protein diet.

that's just your fat. if you lower your arm it makes it look bigger because it pushes the fat forward. stand infront of mirror and keep hands by your side then raise them and you'll see the difference.
just lose weight and continue lifting and it will be fine. if one is indeed bigger than the other avoid doing db presses cause you will make it even worse.
