>20-21g protein

Is it even fair? Why don't you eat quest bars yet?
>>39811505
because im not a faggot.
>>39811505
they're expensive
Because they are almost 3$ a piece
>>39811505
I don't find them particularly tasty. I like Fitcrunch
>>39811505
shill.
The bars are fine if you have a high budget, but for controlled budget, it's pretty awful for the price you pay.
>OFF-TOPIC, BUT SORT OF ON TOPIC!
Fiber is retardly over-rated. Similar to how drinking water is.
People in the health/fitness industry have this autismo belief that you should just eat tons of fiber and gallons of water everyday. Yeah, enjoy being bloated all the time and getting a mineral deficiency from all the excessive fiber. Not to mention you'll be peeing 15 times a day from drinking autistic amounts of water.
I'd rather just eat a legit meal
>>39811551
Probably because chugging water and being full of fiber is appetite suppression 101 and most health professionals are fighting the obesity crisis not bulking skellies
>>39811523
>>39811526
OP here, these are a good substitute if you're on a budget. You don't need a costco membership.
>>39811551
But high fiber is good if you're on a high protein diet.
>>39811519
fuck off normie lmao
>>39811574
those are so disgusting
Dollar to protein ratio is crap. Typical protein powder is 20-30 dollars for about 30 servings.
That means a conservative estimate of cost is one dollar per serving of protein which can be in excess of 20g.
Quest bars are two dollars minimum, three being more common. This means it a a minimum of double the cost of powdered whey protein.
>tl;dr
Economics says you're retarded.
>>39811598
This.
Also, eggs are probably the cheapest in terms of $ per gram of protein. Second probably chicken breast. Third probably tuna.

t. poorfags
>>39811505
i love quest bars, but they are simply too expensive to be worth it. i'll only buy them if i can catch a sale, or i'll buy knockoff brands
>>39811611
i prefer milk haha, 1 doller of milk can get me 34g of protein but i get 3dollars worth which is 100g and thats like 1gallon, which i drink daily
>>39811617
I mean, if you want toss more money for an equal product that's your business. But don't expect people with IQs over 75 to go along with it.
because real food is cheapper and better.
