I've done 100 sit ups and 20 minutes of planking two days in a row now.

Just do 50 sit-ups at once every day, that's all you need for abs unless you have completely shit genetics, too much bodyfat, low testosterone levels, or aren't eating enough food/protein.

you guys are fucking retarded its like doing 50 kg benchpress all the time never increasing weight and expecting results

so many harder ab exercises yet people still do planks for 10 years and are surprised their core strength is pathetic
